Sans oublier <strong>Alain qui a bien voulu nous pr\u00eater sa cam\u00e9ra<\/strong> !!!<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: impact,chicago; font-size: x-large;\">Projet video n\u00b01<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Le premier projet vid\u00e9o de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2009 consiste \u00e0 donner un aper\u00e7u rapide de l&rsquo;enseignement propos\u00e9 par Philippe Savignan au \u00ab\u00a0Temple de la Travers\u00e9e Heureuse\u00a0\u00bb de Saint-Denis (\u00eele de la R\u00e9union).<\/p>\n<p>Je profite de l&rsquo;occasion pour rappeler que les cours de Wing Tsun sont propos\u00e9s au Temple tous les jeudis \u00e0 18h30 et tous les samedi \u00e0 10h00 ^_^, donc n&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 venir vous renseigner : la premi\u00e8re s\u00e9ance est gratuite et vous serez bien accueilli.<\/p>\n<p>Dans cette vid\u00e9o, vous verrez que les cours se passent dans une atmosph\u00e8re id\u00e9ale (Temple Chinois), d\u00e9tendue et donc propice \u00e0 l&rsquo;enseignement de cet art martial venant du sud de la Chine. Toutes les s\u00e9ances d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement commencent \u00e0 chaque fois par un Tao (choisi en fonction du stade d&rsquo;apprentissage de l&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e8ve). En effet, la r\u00e9p\u00e9titions des Formes est un passage fondamental dans l&rsquo;enseignement du Wing Tsun, car elles repr\u00e9sentent en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 des sections d&rsquo;entra\u00eenements. Le jeudi, la s\u00e9ance s&rsquo;oriente plus vers de la technique lors d&rsquo;applications libres, alors que le samedi : le cours est plus orient\u00e9 physique avec des exercices de\u00a0 frappe et parfois des combats libres.<\/p>\n<p>Les sc\u00e9ances de tournage se sont d\u00e9roul\u00e9es le jeudi 18 et samedi 20 juin au Temple. ces deux journ\u00e9es de tournage et remercier tous ses \u00e9l\u00e8ves pour leur confiance, un repas a \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9 dans le restaurant \u00ab\u00a0Dragon Express\u00a0\u00bb situ\u00e9 de l&rsquo;autre c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la rue en face du Temple.
